HOW TO: Adjust Poly Phone Settings

This article is to walk you through how to adjust various settings on your new Poly desk phone.  Some of these settings include ringer type, volume, text size, and more!

1. Press the home key, it looks like a small house
2. Using the pad, scroll down to settings and hit enter

   • The center round button is used to enter/select an option
3. Select settings, item number 6

4. The settings page will open, it will default to the "Basic" option. Press enter or the far-right key to continue 
   • 
5. A new list will appear with a couple options you can change
   • Backlight intensity (Display brightness)
   • Backlight timeout
   • Ring type
   • 
6. You can also go a layer deeper by selecting "Preferences" to open up one or two more relevant adjustments such as:
   • Font Size
   • Audible Ringer
   • 
7. Your phone may need to restart to apply any changes
