RingCentral: Teams App Sign-In Instructions

Open your Teams application.
Click the RingCentral icon to launch the app.
By default, the RingCentral app is pinned to the left bar in Teams.
If you do not see it, click the three-dot icon at the bottom of the left menu to open the app list. The RingCentral app should appear in the pop-up, or you can search for it.

Right-click the RingCentral icon and select Pin to add it to your main menu bar for easier access.
If you are unable to locate the app, please submit a ticket. Our Help Desk team will be happy to assist you.
- Once the RingCentral app is open, click Sign in in the main window.
- A new window will appear.
- Click Single Sign-on at the bottom of the screen.
- Single Sign-on (SSO) is how the majority of BGV users will log in.

Enter your email address using the @grandtimber.com domain and click Submit
- The pop-up windows will close automatically, and you will be redirected back to the main RingCentral app screen.
- Note: You may be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page during this process. If this happens, enter your credentials as usual and complete the login.
