How to Set Up Call Forwarding in RingCentral (Teams App)

Open the RingCentral app in Microsoft Teams.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the settings drop-down.

Select Incoming Call Rules.

In the Forward all calls box, toggle the switch on to enable call forwarding.

Note: A Settings side pane will appear (highlighted in the blue box). Incoming call rules are located under the Phone tab (highlighted in the light blue box).

Click the arrow next to the toggle to choose where calls should be forwarded.

Note: The gray subtext under Forward all calls shows your current forwarding destination.

Click Forward the call to open a new window. Here, you can search for a contact or enter a custom phone number.

To forward to a phone number, click Number. A prompt will appear—enter the number and click it to apply.

The pop-up will close and return you to the main Forward all calls page. Your selected contact or number should now be displayed.
Make sure to click Save to confirm your forwarding changes.
You will be returned to the Incoming call rules page. The chosen number or contact will appear in the gray subtext, and the toggle will automatically turn on if it has not been set already.
That’s it—you’re all set!
How to Set Up Call Forwarding in RingCentral (in the web)

Go to login.ringcentral.com and log in with your account
For shared accounts, enter the username, click next, and then enter the password

For normal user accounts, click Single Sign-on and enter your @grandtimber.com email address
Click on Settings in the bottom left corner of the window
Select Phone from the Settings column

Click on Incoming call rules
The window will refresh to Incoming call rules. Click on Forward all calls to adjust the forwarding settings
Expand the drop-down on Incoming calls to change from Send to voicemail to Forward the call. This will open a pop up

Here, you can search for a contact or enter a custom phone number.

To forward to a phone number, click Number. A prompt will appear—enter the number and click it to apply.
The pop-up will close and return you to the main Forward all calls page. Your selected contact or number should now be displayed.
Click the Save button in the bottom right corner to save your changes
You will be returned to the Incoming call rules page. The chosen number or contact will appear in the gray subtext, and the toggle will automatically turn on if it has not been set already.
